 Homemade Pizza without Oven or Yeast

Items Required:


1.Homemade Butter
2.Wheat flour
3.Tomato Sauce/Pizza sauce/Home made tomato paste
4.Mozerella cheese
5.Curds
6.Baking powder and baking soda
7.Salt
8.Oregano and Chili flakes
9.Veggies  of your choice or any 4 of these (corn, capsicum, onion, tomato, basil, palak, paneer)

This homemade Pizza tastes better then any takeaway or restaurant pizza's for sure.



Method:
1. Take 2 cups of Wheat flour, add salt, pinch of baking soda and baking powder and 1/2 cup of curds to it.  
2. Add required amount of water to so that it has a little thinner dough consistency than roti dough
3.Coat oil to the dough and set aside for 15 min.
4.Take a rolling pin and a board and make normal rotis. The crust consistency is your preferring. You can make a thin crust or a rather thick one. Make holes in the crust using a fork. Add Mozzarella cheese on it, and cover this with a smaller sized roti on top and roll the sides. On the pan slightly cook the crust before hand till you see bubbles rising so that its ready for prepping with sauce.
5.to this spread some home made tomato paste(boil the tomatoes with salt and blanch it and remove the skin and make a paste of it) or you can use pizza sauce as well.
6.Add the veggies of you preference and grate the Mozzarella cheese over it(loads of it) 
7.Add salt and pepper to taste
8. Now to bake the pizza, take a bigger kadai pan/pressure cooker 5Litre preferably, Add salt to cover the base completely. Place a stand and you can use a roti tawa pan or a plate(thick one). Apply some butter coating on this thick plate or pan.
9.Cook with a plate covered on it acting like an oven in medium flame for 15 min or so.
10. Serve it hot
with oregano/chili flakes sprinkled or tomato sauce as sides.
